If you recieve accommodations for testing, you may qualify for some of these accommodations when taking the ACT. Please see your counselor for assistance. Keep in mind that this application takes up to seven weeks to process. Apply early!

QUICK FACTS ABOUT THE ACCESS TEST:
• The ACCESS test is an English Assessment (not Spanish) and there is no opt-out option.
• It is a Federal requirement that we administer this assessment to all students identified as an English Language Learner (ELL).
• A student is identified as an ELL based on the Home Language Survey (Language Usage Survey) that is completed when they enroll in school and the W-APT that is administered within 20 days of enrollment.
• The only way to exit from being an ELL is to score a 5 or higher on the ACCESS test. Until that time, they will be tested annually.
